A gestão de conflitos e o AMOR

Hoje, o Instituto D. João V esteve presente na formação, no Centro Escolar do Louriçal, organizada pela APEL – Associação de Pais das Escolas do Louriçal -, subordinada à temática da Gestão Comunitária de Conflitos.

Esta iniciativa, dinamizada por Daniela Maia, coordenadora do Projeto Guarda Rios, destinou-se a Pais, Professores, Educadores e Assistentes Operacionais.

Foram muitas as dúvidas e as incertezas partilhadas; houve, contudo, uma certeza que todos levámos para casa: o caminho para a gestão dos conflitos tem de ser trilhado com AMOR, com a ESCUTA ATIVA e com a convicção de que a VULNERABILIDADE não enfraquece a liderança, muito pelo contrário, torna-a FORTE, POSITIVA e EMPÁTICA.

Conflict management and LOVE

Today, the D. João V Institute took part in a training session at the Louriçal School Centre, organised by APEL – the Louriçal Schools’ Parents’ Association – on the topic of Community Conflict Management.

This initiative, led by Daniela Maia, coordinator of the Guarda Rios Project, was aimed at parents, teachers, educators and support staff.

Many doubts and uncertainties were shared; however, there was one certainty that we all took home with us: the path to conflict management must be walked with LOVE, with ACTIVE LISTENING and with the conviction that VULNERABILITY does not weaken leadership; quite the contrary, it makes it STRONG, POSITIVE and EMPATHETIC.
